No. Call, tell us what is going on, and we will schedule a visit. For water treatment we test your water first and show you the numbers before recommending a system. There is no high-pressure sales appointment on the other end of this — that is the thing Camcor exists to not be.

Each one comes off our standard installed price for the system. We will tell you the standard price and the offer price, in writing, before you commit to anything.

A new tankless water heater installation — Navien or Rinnai — including converting a home from a tank. Sizing, gas line, venting and hard-water pre-treatment are part of the job, not add-ons. If tankless is not the right fit for your house, we will say so and quote a high-efficiency tank instead.

No. Water quality testing is free, takes about twenty minutes, and you keep the written results. Plenty of people book the test, find out their existing softener is working fine, and we go home. That is a normal outcome.
