Leak Protection Installation

LeakSecure smart monitoring + automatic shutoff

The supply line that fails at 9am on a weekday, in an empty house.

Flow monitoring on the main line learns what normal looks like for your household, and a valve that can actually close stops the water when something is running that should not be. We install it as licensed plumbers — pressure checked, connectors looked at, the whole supply considered — rather than dropping a gadget on your porch.

  • 24/7 monitoringSmart leak detection helps prevent costly water damage.
  • Automatic shut-offInstantly stops leaks to protect your home and belongings.
  • Peace of mindControl and monitor your water from anywhere.

Whole Home Water Treatment Upgrade

WS-64 softener + AC-RE advanced carbon filtration

East Valley water runs 15–25+ grains hard. Your water heater pays for it first.

A 64,000-grain, 2.0 cubic-foot softener handles the hardness; catalytic carbon filtration handles the chlorine, the chemical taste and the odor. Sized to your household and your actual tested hardness — we measure your number before we recommend anything, and we write it down for you either way.

  • Better tasting, cleaner waterReduces chlorine, sediment and contaminants.
  • Protects plumbing and appliancesHelps prevent scale, corrosion and costly repairs.
  • Healthier homeCleaner water for your family and peace of mind.

New LEDefense Disposal Flange or RO UV LEDefense Upgrade

InSinkErator LEDefense flange · GUV-4S for reverse osmosis

The smell coming out of the sink drain that no amount of cleaning fixes.

The odor in a garbage disposal comes from what grows in the flange, not from what you last put down it. The LEDefense flange treats the source. On the drinking-water side, the GUV-4S adds a UV stage to an existing reverse osmosis system — the smallest of the three upgrades, and the one most people wish they had done sooner.

  • Fights odorsLight helps eliminate odors at the source.
  • Cleaner and saferHelps reduce bacteria and keeps your sink fresher, longer.
  • Safe by designUV-free LED light in the disposal flange — safe for your home and family.

Why now

The cost of waiting is not zero.

Hard water is not a someday problem

Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler water typically tests 15–25+ grains per gallon. Untreated, that scale takes years off a water heater and shortens the life of every fixture and appliance downstream of it. The meter is already running.

Most East Valley homes sit on a slab

A supply leak under a slab can run for weeks before it surfaces — usually as a warm spot on the floor or a bill that makes no sense. Main-line monitoring flags that within a day or two. That is the difference between a spot repair and new flooring.

Nobody is home for most of the day

The worst leak is the one that starts on a weekday morning. Braided washing-machine lines, toilet supplies, water heater connections and ice-maker lines are the most common indoor flood sources, and none of them announce themselves first.

The date is the date

These prices are good through October 1, 2026. After that they go back to standard pricing, and install slots through the end of the month fill in the order calls come in.

Time left to claim

These September Savings offers end on October 1, 2026. Call (480) 626-4272 to claim one.

What you are risking

A phone call. That is the whole list.

The water test is free

A twenty-minute in-home check of hardness, TDS, chlorine and incoming pressure — measured at your own tap. You get the written numbers whether or not you buy anything.

The quote is honest, and it is a quote

A real number for the work in front of us. No "today only" pressure appointment, no commission-driven tech talking you into a tier you do not need.

We repair before we replace

If your existing softener, RO system or fixture can be safely and reliably repaired, we say so first. That is the whole business model — we would rather have you call back in three years than win one big invoice today.

Licensed, insured, and still here in year five

Arizona-licensed plumbers, insured, A+ with the BBB, same Mesa shop since 2008. If something installed this month needs attention in 2031, you are calling a local phone number, not a support queue.

18+ years of East Valley neighbors saying so publicly.

We had a water heater that died at the worst possible time and called Camcor on a friend's recommendation. They were honest about what we needed, didn't try to upsell us on a $5,000 tankless when a quality tank water heater was the right call for our home, and finished the install the same day. The plumber explained everything, including how to flush the new unit to make it last in our hard water. We've now used Camcor for two more jobs and they're our plumber for life.
Jennifer R.Water Heater Replacement — Mesa

Called Camcor after a different plumbing company told me I needed a $9,000 sewer line replacement. Camcor came out, ran a camera, showed me the actual footage on a screen, and explained that I had a root intrusion that needed clearing and could be managed long-term — not a replacement. They cleared the line, gave me a maintenance plan, and saved me thousands. That's the kind of honesty that earns lifelong customers.
Mark T.Drain Cleaning & Camera Inspection — Gilbert

We knew we needed water treatment because of the East Valley hard water, but every other company we called tried to sell us a $7,000 "premium" system. Camcor tested our water, asked about our actual usage, and recommended a properly sized softener and a great under-sink RO system for a fraction of what the others quoted. The install was clean, they walked us through everything, and our water is incredible. No sales theater — just honest plumbing.

September Savings FAQs

What East Valley homeowners ask before claiming an offer

The offers run September 1 through October 1, 2026. To use one, the work needs to be scheduled with us before October 1 — call (480) 626-4272 or send the contact form and we will get you on the calendar.

These offers cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions — one offer per qualifying installation. If you are considering more than one upgrade, call us and we will lay out the most sensible order to do them in and what each one actually costs.

No. Call, tell us what is going on, and we will schedule a visit. For water treatment we test your water first and show you the numbers before recommending a system. There is no high-pressure sales appointment on the other end of this — that is the thing Camcor exists to not be.

It comes off our standard installed price for the system. We will tell you the standard price and the September price, in writing, before you commit to anything.

No. Water quality testing is free, takes about twenty minutes, and you keep the written results. Plenty of people book the test, find out their existing softener is working fine, and we go home. That is a normal outcome.

Call us before October 1 anyway. Get on the calendar in September and we will honor the pricing for the scheduled job — we would rather do the work right on a date that suits you than rush an install to beat a deadline.

Yes — Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix and across the East Valley and the wider Phoenix metro, the same as all of our plumbing and water treatment work.
