“Frank was on time for the appointment which is a plus in my book.
First he looked at my concerns. Then he told me the cost. Another plus. Then as the work proceeded he checked the water valve to the toilet. He said it still good but I had him replace it with a better valve. I had him do another upgrade on the toliiet. When he left every thing was clean and he was very neat while working. Cleaning all the time.
But most of all, it was a pleasure to have Frank do my work. He’s a keeper in my book and I rate him a 10. I”
