“The company provided several service time windows, and coordinated to provide one that best fit my needs. The plumber assigned to my job called prior to the scheduled time and told me he was nearby, so we agreed on a time that was actually about 30 minutes early.
Once he arrived, Frank went over our setup and what service I was looking for. We reviewed the service history. He assessed the age and condition of the RO system, and provided options, including normal service, preventive maintenance service, and system replacement, including associated costs. I elected to replace my old unit with a new one.
The job was completed in good time. Frank explained everything and cleaned everything up before he left. My new system has been working great since the install, and I am pleased with the entire experience.”
